June 12 @ 2:00 pm August 21 @ 3:00 pm

Class Description

The Yang Style Forms class is a student driven, virtual class.  New students can learn new moves in their form and/or deepen the Tai Chi experience.  Continuing students will be able to refine their form and learn the subtleties of Tai Chi Chuan. We may study multiple forms – Chang Man Ching 37-Move form, 24-Form, or Yang Style Long (108) Form.

Yang style is the most popular style around the world and is easy to learn and has many health benefits. Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of the mind and body.
