The Yang Style Forms class is a student driven, virtual class. New students can learn new moves in their form and/or deepen their Tai Chi experience. Continuing students will be able to refine their form and learn the subtleties of Tai Chi Chuan. We may study multiple forms – Chang Man Ching 37-Move form, 24-Form, or Yang Style Long (108) Form.
